Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations by guests are limited to 7 Days prior to departure. Canadian Outback Rafting Co. reserves the right to cancel tours due to water levels, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. If your tour is cancelled by Canadian Outback Rafting Co., you will be issued a full refund.
Group & Special Events Policy – For group bookings, final numbers and payment are required 14 days in advance of the tour. Space provided we will do accommodate extra guests within the 14 Day period. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the activity are subject to a 100% of the fee. Canadian Outback Rafting Co. reserves the right to cancel tours due to water levels, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
Canadian Outback Rafting Co. does not use your private information for anything other than booking activities and tours with CORC or any of our third party activity suppliers. Canadian Outback Rafting Co. does not share your information with other companies. Our team is committed to protecting your privacy and using technology with the most powerful and secure online experience possible.
In order to complete your booking or provide you with the information that you request, it will be necessary to ask for certain personal information such as your name and address, telephone number or email address. Canadian Outback Rafting Co. will also require a credit card to make a reservation.
Terms & Conditions
Canadian Outback Rafting Co. may also be referred to as “CORC” or “Canadian Outback”. All fares published on this website supersede all prices previously advertised on various websites and brochures.
Canadian Outback Rafting Co. reserves the right to make changes to their itineraries or cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of Canadian Outback Rafting Co. deems it necessary; including natural disasters, weather or other external events. It is imperative that guests check the most up-to-date information from our website just prior to their trip departing.
All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Canadian Outback Rafting Co. and protected by international copyright laws.
Canadian Outback Rafting Co. attempts to be as accurate as possible with their product & activity descriptions. However, Canadian Outback Rafting Co. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
All guests must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in our activities.
Guests 19 years of age and older sign their own waiver.
Youths 18 years or younger require a parent or guardian’s signature. If 18 or younger and a guardian cannot be present to sign, please download our waiver PDF file to be printed and pre-signed by the parent or guardian and a witness. The waiver must be dated for the DAY of the tour.
The waiver is a legal document and can therefore not be interpreted by anyone in the company. Signing it does mean you have read and fully understand the waiver.
Before your trip, we provide a full safety briefing, and ensure that you are aware that with any adventure activity like this, there are inherent risks.
We strongly encourage you to NOT participate in the on-river portion of the trip if you do not feel comfortable doing so at any time prior to departure, or even during the trip itself.
Although injuries and fatalities in rafting are rare, they do occur. River conditions can change unexpectedly and very dangerous situations can arise quickly, putting you at personal risk.
You must take responsibility to be aware of the all the risks involved in an activity of this nature, and feel comfortable signing a waiver before agreeing to go rafting.
